Philosophy Action Retreats are for people who are serious about losing weight, getting fit, and being healthy. We think movement should be fun and exciting, and provide you with the ability to lose yourself in the moment and create a greater sense of achievement when exercising in nature. Never is this more apparent than hiking on a mountain piste, negotiating a river, or enjoying the rush of a downhill on a mountain bike. What ever your fitness level we can all enjoy the powerful endorphins released in these moments of joy when we move in nature. You are given the opportunity to step outside of your day-to-day life and clear the slate allowing new possibilities and realities to emerge as you seek to create your ultimate reality for not only your body but your life. We believe that thoughts and emotions are primary reasons for illness (and also health) in our bodies. We investigate the power of these energies and how they interact with our cells to change our biology! Our philosophy is that everyone has the ability to achieve the body and the life they want, but sometimes stuff gets in the way.
