Our program is a get up and do it program, it is experiential in nature and is for those who want to lose weight, and or get fitter. It is a daily structured routine of balanced physical activity, appropriate foods for your unique metabolic type, as well personal coaching to help move you forward upon your return home. Everyday is highly structured and active with a variety of different outdoor activities to keep you moving, with the afternoons and evenings for pampering and education to allow your body to recover from the morning’s movement. You will learn about your lifestyle and the road blocks that will hamper your chances of success and how to effectively remove them so that you can have the body shape that you have always wanted. All your meals are prepared according to your body’s unique metabolism, which ensures a controlled environment for health and weight loss.
